Answers about ShockAI products, accounts, data security, and getting started
What is ShockAI?
ShockAI is a professional platform for vibration and shock analysis. Engineers use it with ShockAI field hardware to organize work in projects, review sessions and events, and build clear reports—from the browser or our mobile apps.
Which hardware works with the platform?
The platform supports our VoD (velocity of detonation) and ViB (vibration) device families. Instruments connect over Bluetooth for setup and data transfer. For the latest supported models and firmware guidance, see the documentation or reach out to our team.
How do team access and permissions work?
Your organization uses a shared workspace: members are invited in with roles and permissions, so everyone works from the same projects, devices, and analyses—and every change stays traceable without sharing one login.
Is my measurement data secure?
We run on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and logical isolation between customer workspaces. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export data for reporting and archiving from the product wherever your plan supports it. The documentation describes what you can download and how.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 3-month free trial with full product access, and you can start without a credit card. For allowances, overage rules, and feature comparison, see the Pricing page.
Where can I get support?
Use the documentation and in-product flows for everyday tasks. For billing, access, or technical issues, send a message through the contact form—we aim to respond within one business day.
Who is ShockAI built for?
Teams in blasting, mining, construction, and vibration-sensitive work who need traceable field measurements, consistent analysis, and reports they can share with clients and colleagues—not ad hoc spreadsheets and one-off tools.
