Overview
What ShockAI is, how the platform is organized, and how this help center will grow.
ShockAI is a workspace for vibration and blast measurement teams. Engineers use ShockAI hardware together with web and mobile apps to capture data in the field, organize it into projects, and move from traces to clearer decisions.
Workspace and access
Organizations work in shared team workspaces with members and roles so everyone pulls from the same projects, devices, and analyses instead of juggling separate logins or ad hoc file shares.
Projects and data
Work is grouped in projects. Inside a project you connect devices, review sessions and events, and keep a traceable record of measurements and downstream analysis.
Analysis and tooling
Built-in tooling includes the VoD Analyzer for working through velocity-of-detonation style traces, plus workflows that tie datasets to insight and reporting. Capabilities evolve as we ship more professional-grade analysis and collaboration features.
Field hardware and connectivity
Supported device families pair with the apps over Bluetooth for setup and transfer. Model and firmware specifics will be spelled out in the full documentation set as we publish it.
Full documentation coming soon
This page is a high-level outline only. Detailed guides—for onboarding, hardware, analysis workflows, exports, and administration—will appear here over time.
If you need help before those guides ship, use Contact support from the documentation home or reach out through your usual ShockAI channel.
